Meet your child's
care team.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every child is unique — and their care should reflect that. Bring your questions, your research, your instincts. We're here to listen.
"We encourage parents to bring their questions, research, and insights. Sometimes the smallest detail leads to the most meaningful answers."
The people behind your child's care.
Dr. Maia Gaither brings over 25 years of pediatric experience, caring for children and young adults with both routine and complex needs — including those with special needs up to age 30. As a special needs mom herself, she understands what it's like when your instinct tells you something isn't right, even when you're told to "wait and see."
She completed her medical training at Howard University and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and has served on staff at Cedars-Sinai and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She blends traditional pediatrics with a thoughtful, root-cause approach that treats the whole child — not just the diagnosis.
Passionate about addressing the root causes of behavioral and developmental concerns. A specialist in pediatric Lyme disease and Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW), Kim creates a safe, respectful, judgment-free space for every family. Homesteader, gardener, and nature lover outside the office.
Amy keeps the heart of GAIP beating — ensuring every family experience runs smoothly from first call to follow-up visit. She brings warmth and expertise to every interaction.
Over 12 years caring for children from infancy through young adulthood. Trained at Kennesaw State and University of Alabama at Birmingham. Partners with families to support the health of the whole child — mind, body, and soul.
Dedicated to building trusting, long-term relationships with families. Brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to every visit — always with the child's whole wellbeing in mind.
We're glad you found us.
At GAIP, we help parents create a meaningful, personalized plan for their child and family. We use an integrative approach to build collaborative care plans that go beyond the surface — because your child deserves more than a 10-minute visit.
